  • Source of the Project: This project is inspired by the research paper Performance Evaluation of Pulse-Triggered Flip-Flops in 32 nm CMOS Regime. where the Cross Charge-Control Flip-Flop (XCFF) showed notable improvements in speed and power efficiency. Based on these findings, the XCFF circuit was chosen for implementation and further analysis in this project.
