This activity aims to migrate labs that use proprietary software (e.g. OrCAD, PSpice) to eSim. eSim is free/libre and open source and offers the same capabilities for circuit design, simulation, analysis, and PCB design as any other proprietary EDA tool. Hence educational institutions can save a huge amount of money that they may spend on procuring licenses.
We invite students and faculty from all Engineering Colleges to come forward and take part in this activity. The Lab Migration team helps in the following ways:
Provide suggestions on the different ways eSim can be implemented in the laboratory.
Coordinate the migration of the lab to a FLOSS-only laboratory.
Provide solutions to the lab's problem statements.
