In eSim, use Open Project and select this HybridZetaBuckMode folder itself because it contains HybridZetaBuckMode.proj. Do not select the ZIP root or a results folder.
If the project was moved or extracted on another computer, reselect the three project-local model .lib files in the converter before reconversion. Then confirm Transient Analysis, click Convert, and select Simulation.
Expected 40 ms to 50 ms steady-state average VOUT is approximately 23.49 V.
