PROJECT NAME:Design and Analysis of two input NAND gate

ABSTRACT:
         The paper constitutes of the modeling of two input NAND gate. The modeling includes schematics design and analysis of NAND gate. In digital electronics, a NAND gate is a logic gate which produces an output which is false only if all its inputs are true. NAND gate is the combination of AND gate and NOT gate. It has the capability to perform the operations of three logic gates such as OR, AND gate and NOT gate.

METHODOLOGY:
            To implement the two input NAND gate i have used esim software.In the esim software,first we need to open kicad schematic and  design the circuits.
After complete circuit design we need to click the perform electrical rules check to check error in the ciruits.If any error comes we need to clear those error and next click on the generate netllist.After generating the netlist we get netlist file,then we need to recorrect the netlist file using sky 130 library and run this file using ngspice simulator.

WHAT ARE THE PROBLEMS FACED DURING THIS PROJECT:
           I find difficulty  While converting the netlist file to sky130 file and also while simulating ngspice file i got an error called fatal error,then i had correct the error by simulating the ngspice through command promt.

CONCLUSION:
           In conclusion, a NAND gate is an inverted AND gate .The output of a two input NAND gate is high, when either one or both inputs are LOW.
