The circuit contain 2 mosfets, one pmos and another nmos. Both connected in reverse way.
The output voltage at between them is the required voltage drop which we need.
So we connect a port middle of 2 mosfets.
*A dc supply is given as input and the circuit is grounded.
The designed circuit is annotated and debugged to check the pin connection is at normal state.
The error generated has to be optimized for further process.
Then the netllist .cir file is generated.
The proper netlist is converted to ngspice after skywater 130 is added to file.
The ngspice will run the file and create output that we required.
Software needed are
1.ESIM
2.skywater 130
3.ngspice
4.Circuit designer

Here 1v input given is divided by the circuit and 398 mV of voltage will be obtained at node for further usage.
