**Circuit Design and Simulation marathon using eSim (june'21)

My Topic : ANALYSIS OF CMOS INVERTER

After getting introduced to the marathon, at first I started to research for the reference circuit that i have aimed to desing in eSim through various papers/journals available on the web.
Then i submitted my reference circuit and waveform samples along with the abstract and circuit details as literature review on the eSim marathon website.

After the literature survey, i started to learn about the eSim software, sky130 and ngspice. With the help of internet and a course available on udemy, named "10 bit DAC using eSim and sky130" by Kunal Ghosh, i got enough knowledge to proceed with my circuit design.
Next day, i started to design my circuit i.e. "CMOS INVERTER" on eSim, after completing i generated Netlist with spice as default format and saved the Netlist file.
Then i converted the KiCad to ngspice by selecting transient analysis, giving necessaary time intervals and increment, necessary sorce details and device modelings.
After this i downloaded the skywater zip file and unzipped it in a new folder.
Then i opened my eSim workspace, opened my circuit file, and opened the cir.out file with notepad.
In the cir.out file i addressed the sky130_fd_pr file location and also replaced the eSim mosfet models with the sky130 mosfet models and inserted necessary commands to get the required plots. And, copied this file to the new skywater file we have created.
Then, i opened the cir.out file from skywater file (open with > more apps > browsed FOSSEE > opened ngspice file > selected ngspice application).
After running i got the required input-output waveforms.

Then, I uploaded the required eSim circuit and ngspice waveforms as the final report on the eSim marathon website.

Hence, the marathon is completed.
